Spinal Adjustment
A Chiropractic adjustment (also called spinal manipulation) involves moving a joint beyond its standard range of motion to restore proper alignment to bones that have been misaligned by poor posture. The goal of a chiropractic adjustment is to relieve pain and improve the body’s physical function by reducing nerve interference. A Chiropractic adjustment is performed by a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.)
Medical Massage
Our massage therapists coordinate directly with the doctor to create a specific and effective treatment protocol not seen with ordinary massage. This results in an accelerated healing process that is unique and cannot be achieved with other individual therapies. Massage therapies include: Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Reiki, and Craniosacral Massage.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy treatments work on restoring the body to its optimal pain-free state. Cox Flexion-distraction increases space between vertebrae and pulls in bulging/herniated discs that often cause lower back sciatic pain. Our reverse cervical traction increases disc height by restoring your natural neck curvature (lordosis) thereby decreasing pressure from gravity placed on the discs and tension felt in the shoulders.
