How Are We Different?

This is how we are different…

When a new patient comes to our office with a complaint, we tell them that they are lucky for having those symptoms. So in a way, we are happy that they are temporarily in pain. WHAT?!?!

We all know that our body is an amazing, intelligent machine. However, only a small percentage of our nervous system is designed to detect pain. By the time our body is using the pain as a tool to let us know that we should seek help, a process of degeneration and decay has advanced. This process is so severe, that it can result in not only pressure on spinal nerves- but actually on the spinal cord itself; the life source of our body.

Like many chiropractors, we believe that if we remove interference from the nervous system our body will have the ability to heal itself. Unlike many chiropractors, we believe that the posture is a window to your health, and utilize modern, non-invasive techniques to correct faulty posture. Over a period of time, our patients are re-examined and presented with the x-ray results of their new spines.

Below are the x-rays of a 26-year-old female who presented with lower back pain and upper back/neck tension with low energy levels. After three months of chiropractic care her neck has retained its' natural curve. The patient reports increased energy levels, she sleeps better and has no further symptoms.

A 27 year old male that came to our office concerned about his overall posture, particularly what he described as his "straight neck." The patient was symptom free at the time but feared that he may develop symptoms if he did not address these issues. Within just a few months the patient has established a prominent curve in his neck. The patient feels that his overall balance and levels of energy have improved.
